The notification of the agreement of assignment of the rights of collection, endorsement, will be made through one of these two formulas:
1.- Presentation of the document (assignment agreement) in the general register, indicating data of the credit to be endorsed, bank account to transfer the debt and express acceptance of the endorser.
2.- By insertion of the agreement on the back of the “original” invoice (never on copies) according to the model shown in the Annex below.
The due diligence of the endorsement to be precise, will be withdrawn by the interested party or authorized person in the dependencies of the intervention, or if it requests it, will be sent by mail to the address that indicates.
ANNEXED
• On the front of the invoice: It will be indicated with special ink that highlights, that it is endorsed.
• On the back of the invoice: The assignment agreement will be inserted with the contents of the following file:

The PLAN OF PUBLIC PARTICIPATION OF THE GENERAL PLAN OF URBAN ORDINATION, presented by the City of Benillup is presented in order that the contents of said Plan can be known, by corporations, associations or individuals.
The document of the Public Participation Plan will be available, during the development of the phases therein, at the City Hall in its usual hours of public attention Tuesday from 5 pm to 8 pm and Friday from 9 am to 2 pm and in this Web in the section of the Town Hall in Urbanism.

By decree of Mayor-Presidency of February 3, 2012, the PUBLIC PARTICIPATION PLAN OF THE STUDY OF LANDSCAPE INTEGRATION ASSISTED TO THE BAJA TENSIÓN AERIAL LINE PROJECT, located in polygon 2, plot 128, of the Municipality of Benillup in order to be able to know the content of said Plan, by corporations, associations or individuals, for a period of 20 days from the day following the publication of this announcement in the Official Gazette of the Province of Alicante, which is on February 14, 2012. During the aforementioned period, this study may be consulted in the municipal offices, on the website of the City Council, in the section of the Town Hall in Urbanism.
