By decree of Mayor-Presidency of February 3, 2012, the PUBLIC PARTICIPATION PLAN OF THE STUDY OF LANDSCAPE INTEGRATION ATTACHED TO THE BASIC PROJECT OF LINEA AÉREA DE BAJA TENSIÓN, located in polygon 2, plot 128, is submitted to the public information process. Municipality of Benillup, presented by D. Jesús M. Lara Jornet, so that the contents of said Plan can be known by corporations, associations or individuals, for a period of 20 days from the day following the publication Of this announcement in the Official Gazette of the Province of Alicante which is February 14, 2012. During the aforementioned period, this study may also be consulted, also on the Municipal Website; Www.benillup.es and to present the arguments and suggestions that they deem appropriate, the consultation of the document may be carried out in the municipal offices and in the Web of the City Council.
All this, in accordance with the provisions of Decree 120/2006 of August 11, Consell, which approves the Landscape Regulation of the Valencian Community.
